Qabz Ka Ilaj | Constipation Ka Ilaj In Urdu Home Remedies

Qabz say murad woh surat e hal hoti hai jis main khushk, sakht ajabat maamool say hat kar, kam taadad main yaa be qaidgi say dushwari, takleef aur baaz auqaat dard k sath ho. Aam tor par isay bay zarar samjha jata hai lekin is baat ka imkan hota hai keh ye koi poshidah bemari ki alamat ho. Khaas toor par in afrad main jo 40 saal se ziada k ho chuke hain. Is liye Qabz Ka Ilaj buhat zarori hai.

Qabz beshumar bemariyon ki jar hai. Is liye isay umm ul amraz bhi kaha jata hai. Is say bawaseer jaisi takleef da bemari janam leti hai. Qabz Ki Wajuhaat

  • Hormone k akhraaj main tabdiliyan jaisa k hamal k doraan hoti hai.
  • Charb wala gosht dairy ashiyaa ka buhat ziada istamaal karne¬† say, lal mirch, namak, masala jaat ki ziadti say bhi ajabat main dushwari ho skti hai.
  • Khorak main reshe, bhoosi chilkay (fiber ki miqdar ka kam hona, ghair mutaharik tarz e zindagi, iron ki tablets ka istamaal.
  • Baaz ghizaon ki kami ya ziadati say bhi qabz ho skta hai, maslan kum pani pina ya siyaal ghizaon ka kam istamaal, vitamin B6, B5 potassium, magnesium, ki kami se bhi qabz ki shikayat ho sakti hai.

Qabz Ka Ilaj

Nuskha:

  • Sanamaki: 60 Gm
  • Kolanji: 100 Gm
  • Paneer: 100 Gm

Tarik e Istamal:

Tamam chezon ko pees kar safuf tyar kar len. Aik pao adark k pani main bheego den aur mehfooz kar len. Jab tamam pani khusk ho jaye tu pee kar rakh len. Aik chamch subha sham pani k hamra istamal karen.

Note: Purani qabz, hamla khawteen, bachy, borhay aur jawan sb k liye mufeed hai.

Qabz Ka Gharelu Ilaj

Apne aap ko sehat mand rakhne k liye aur qabz ki bemari say bachne k liye aasan gharelu totake diye gaye hain in ko baqaida tawaja say istamal karen.

  • Qudrat ne gur main qabz kasha sifat bhi rakhi hai. Jin logo ko qabz ho inhen gur ka istamal bhi krna chahiye.
  • 50 gm sounf lay kar bareek pees len aur sounf ko 200 gm gulkand main dal den yeh 5 dino ka nuskha tayar ho jaye ga. Rozana 50 gm garam doodh k sath raat ko sotay howe kha len. Aur subha nehar mou sokhi pesi hoi harer taza pani k sath aik chai ka chamch kha len. Yeh Qabz ka ilaj main buhat afaqa dy ga aur dosary din khul kar rafa e hajat ho gi.
  • Qabz k liye yeh nuskha purana aur azmoda hai. Aik chamch castor oil aik cup doodh main istamal karen. Is say khusk aanton main narmi paida hoti hai. Aur aanton ko hararat milti hai.
  • Dahi ispaghol k chilkay main mila kar khana bhi Qabz ka ilaj main madad deta hai.
  • Kishmish aur anjeer awal darjay ki qabz kasha hai yeh jalab ka kam karti hai. Qabz Ka Ilaj K Liye Ehtayati Tadabeer

  • Nehar mou saaf taza pani piyen.
  • Apni gizah ka khas khaiyal rankhen. Taza phal, sabziyon aur salad ko apni gizah ka lazmi hisa banayen.
  • Muragan gizayain, tez mirch masalon say parhez karen.
  • Doodh dahi ka istamal yakeeni banayen.
  • Hare pattaon wali sabziyon aur resha dar gizaon ka ziada istamal karen.
  • Fast foods or tali hoi ashiyan hargiz na khayen.
  • Bazari khurak say bachen ye maide k buhat say masail ko janam deti hai jin main aik qabz ki shikyat bhi hai.
  • Chehal qadmi aur halki phulki warzish ko apna mamol bna len.
  • Pani wafar miqdar main piyen. Pani kam pine se aantain bhi khushk ho jati hain aur fazle ko aagay ki taraf harkat karne main dushwari hoti hai.
  • Aata bhosi wala istamal karen white aata say parhez karen.
  • Khana khanay k duran agr pani pena chahen tu neem garm pani ka istamal karen is say qabz ki shikayat door ho jati hai.
  • Agar ap office wagera main ya ziada tar bethane wala kam kartay tu hr ghantay bad 5 mint nikal kar thori chahal qadmi karen, kiun k ziada dair bethay rehna bhi qabz ka bais banta hai.
